Week 5: Nonviolent Communication That Actually Works Shift the emotional tone of your relationship using proven communication techniques. Practice scripting and role-playing in group to create dynamics that work for both partners – not just him.
Week 6: Integration & Impact Assessment Evaluate how far you've come using relationship impact assessments. Identify what still needs to shift, what's feeling easy, and what's still challenging. Create your ongoing action plan for sustained change.
